In this case a 3-5mm coating of resin based polyconcrete is applied to the inside of a prepared mould.  Once this coating has dried, a series of glass fibre reinforcing layers are applied to provide the internal structure of the item and is left to dry.  The item is then removed from the mould, post cured in an oven and left to cool.   The final epoxy sealant top coat is then applied.
